Thank you for stopping by, I'm so happy you're here!
Have you ever stopped to think that one day you will die? And that it's possible you may end up with regrets you hadn't anticipated.
Here, in The Inspiration Room, you will find access to your deepest desires, your biggest passions and a huge reason to turn your dreams and wishes into actualities!
But here's the kicker...we will work together by using your mortality as the catalyst! Yep, you read it right!
The Inspiration Room is a place, and a time. It's where you and I discuss, of all things, your death and how you can best live your life with the time you have left in the most meaningful and purposeful way.
My motto in my life is to 'begin with the end in mind'. That is, I know how I'd like the end of my life to look, who may be there, and how we would feel about each other. I am conscious of my eventual death every day, not in a fearful way, but a 'fuelful' way. I use the fact that I'll die at some point as a kick up the bum when it all feels a bit too overwhelming or when I forget that there may not be a next week to say "I love you" or "Thank You". Of course, it's all hypothetical, but it's still something I keep with me as I go about my day. No one can truly predict when they will die, and accidents happen. Even the best diagnosis or attempted suicide can't guarantee the day your body ceases to contain your essence of self.
With that in mind, along with the end - your end - it is my aim to take you on a journey. Similar to participating in 'A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Death', I will take you on a journey to your future death and back, and that's not all!! Not only will we work on your death, we'll use that and catapult you into a life you love for the time you have it! How good is that!?
When people are given an end-of-life diagnosis, most people who still have good quality of life left tend to create closure. They say the things that matter to those who matter, they live as if it were their last day, and work on that Bucket List they made up when they were healthy and death was a distant thought.
And, you can have that feeling now, not someday when there isn't enough time to get it all done. True, we may still not have enough time to get it all done, but wouldn't it be great to take life by the horns now, right now?!
Consulting fees, location, and times are available on application. I look forward to meeting you sooner than later!

"I thoroughly recommend attending Ava’s seminar, it is very thought provoking and enlightening. It also helped me to gain perspective about what really matters at the end of the day. Ava’s embraced the day with sensitivity and humour and I left feeling like I had gained clarity in being able to come to terms with death."
